Terrorism

I feel sick when I contemplate terroist crimes, such as blowing up
civilian aircraft, killing children with bombs, just randomly blowing
up bystanders.
Yet, when I think about it, MY country, Canada, and the USA to the
south do this every hour of every day. We call it "collateral damage".
We have killed far more of the other side than they have killed of us.
In their propaganda, they probably call their acts "collateral damage"
too, and ours "terrorism". There is no difference to the people hurt.
"Terrorism : killing civilians with the intent of changing their
political affiliation."
~ Caleb Carr, military historian
By that definition, we are bigger terrorists by far than the Taliban
or anyone in Iraq. We have more money for it.
