If you had a contract with them or prepaid for Internet access you
could get a refund for the rest of the term. You can't sue them (and
win) just because they did something you don't like. Read your TOS.
They have no legal obligation to provide you with usenet access. If
you don't like what they did find a new ISP and let TWC know why. If
enough people do it maybe they'll bring back the service.
