In the interest of preserving the integrity of the prior secret message,
and it's inherent numerical balance, here is the last instruction in the 
secret message. Once the totalization of the letter values is accomplished, 
and before the alphabetical values are assigned, you must promote each 
letter forward the number of places the value of each digit holds. *Do not 
promote any letter more than once!*

Such as:
1234 = 1324 = 1243. Of course, in this example, the 4 value is promoted 
through the string length as it properly should.
 
When this is accomplished, assignmet of numbers to letters may be taken up, 
following the rules in the preceeding secret message itself. Read the 
result backward please.
