Boris Karpichkov poisoned (NZ's PM): Ada 95 Windows bindings by me

I announce that GWindows is outdone by me.
I have better Ada bindings for the Windows (ie.
kernel32.dll and user32.dll).

This morning the New Zealand Prime Minister said,
on television TV1 between 7 and 8 am:

 "I actually think that we have a
  pretty good intelligence service by
  international standards".

The nzsis.govt.nz is prepared to lose the head
of department as well as the Prime Minister. It
may be brilliant planning at the CIA, since with
some trickery, London's insincere can get the
disgrace tabled as engineering of the Queen;
the PM's Royal Commission. Under Burton.

It seems that Google can't find groups.google.com
messages criticising the
New Zealand Security Intelligence Service.
The Americans have a bung knee and can't get all
their commando control and destruction operations
running cleanly throughout the Commonwealth and
Europe and the dreary chore of destroying the
popularity of the Labour Party and seeing if
Warren Tucker can be swept away in a Diplomatic
Protection Squad car.
On TV Detective Sergeant Mark Williams, said that
a Diplomatic Protection Squad had been doing
surveillance. Though hard to believe, due to the
blowout in the spy budget of under Ms Clark, TV1
said (again last night) that inspector Mr Bruce Good
asserted that the NZ Police did not have Mr Karpichkov
under surveillance. The Police were lying (I guess).

Keeping record at groups.google.com:
  the SIS had about 19 cars following Mr Karpichkov:
  he got about that many registration numbers.
  Each had a wide variety of dud addresses (the street
  number was too high) (I used to live at one of the
  addresses: Eastdale Rd, Avondale).
  However all were sharing about 3 postal addresses.

Without seeming trustable, Mr Karpichkov prefered the
theory that Mr Putin had poisoned him, rather than a
CIA man in Auckland. Once again, Mr Goff's Ministry
of Defence didn't prevent the disaster. That may cost
Labour some seats.

I was seeing some custom designed Linux spyware go
into the houses ADSL router and ethernet bridge too.

Mr Craig Carey, 36 Nacton Lane, Avondale, Auckland.
Maybe Mr Dewar could tell an employee to get my
Ada bindings replacing Windows (about 250 functions
wrapped I guess). WXC doesn't have the mind to
pursue the SIS to the Supreme court after the $97
for destroyed 56 k services Aug 2006 to Jan 2007.
