Quality/Process Analyst

who will be working in the Quality Assurance team on IT projects for
our local & international clients. The Person will be responsible for
quality assurance of application changes and validation of projects
artifacts. The scope of work will include planning, implementation and
control of testing processes, verifying testing standards related to
project documentation and creation testing audit reports. The person
will also contribute to internal Quality methodologies and testing
best practices.

We require:
• University degree (preferably Computer Science, Information
Technology)
• Quality orientation and focus
• Quality process, methodologies and tool knowledge (Mercury toolset /
Opensource)
• Good Communication skills and ability and willingness to work in a
team
• Ability to work flexibly and on own initiative and responsibility
(planning, monitoring an reporting of work progress)
• Strong English written and oral communication skills and strong
interpersonal skills
• Well-developed analytical thinking abilities & creative approach to
problem solving
• Excellent communication skills, friendly attitude
• Good teamwork abilities, collaborative approach to people

We appreciate:
• General knowledge of Quality Standards (CMMI/ITIL/ISO) is a plus
• General knowledge on Data Warehousing industry technologies, trends
and standards
• Knowledge in programming, designing .NET, J2EE/C++ or XML web
applications
• General knowledge on UML, Perl, Unix shell scripting is and
advantage
• Experience in working in international environment
