It's a shame to see what drink does to the idiots who obviously cannot
handle it. Perhaps a slight IQ test to qualify should be required
before purchase. That would ensure the usual old soaks never got their
fix.

Mind you I suppose if you are brought up in a family of mental illness
it must rub off on the offspring? In which case we need to reinstate a
few of the old asylums.
