Thanks for your observation, however there is no official rule that 
prohibits anyone from advertising in this usenet the private sale of used 
goods within Switzerland.

I think people buying these goods will by far have more guarantees and 
options e.g.

- Ability to provide feedback on purchase
- Insurances over purchase of goods
- Payment flexibility and assurance i.e. paypal with credit cards etc
- Many of my auctions offer free dispatch
- Pictures and full description of the product.

Besides I am the one paying for all the costs in ebay which is for the 
convenience of the buyers. I honestly see no reason for you to complain.
