Would this be double jeopordy?

Lets say an adult person is on probation for a felony and while on
probation he violated his probation but the probation officer or
department of corrections never found out about the violation and this
person went on to complete his probation satisfactorily with no other
violations and was discharged.  So if the department of corrections
found out after the probation was completed that the person violated
his probation during the probation period, could the original sentence
be reinstated and modified?
