Dear Frauds and Charlatans,

As you already know, the writer is a 57 year old Devout Roman Catholic
who has attended Catholic Schools all of his life and is dedicated to
scholarship.

As you don't seem to know or care, the writer is a Graduate Paralegal
Student at Roosevelt University and is attending this program thanks
to two Perkins Loans that total $9,400.00 which I will have to pay
back.

As you know as well, I have received NO HELP from Mercy Housing, the
Sisters of Mercy and my Catholic Church has ignored my desperate pleas
for help and the insanity of yet another Eviction case continues. The
first was in 2005 and Lakefront SRO lost and I Won on November 16,
2005. You don't seem to care.

One of the reasons I decided to go back to school at 57 years of age
and get a Paralegal Certificate was to return to Teaching at the
University level. As a former teacher for Chicago City Colleges and
the Chicago Public Schools this would be ideal to supplement my income
and add to my academic record.

I have worked my TAIL off to get Honors level grades and did get
Honors in two out of Three courses last term.  BEFORE MERCY LAKEFRONT
decided to stop me.

As you can see, the School Sisters of St. Francis and the Vincentian
Fathers did a good job with this Catholic Scholar.

I was well on the way to honors grades this term as well, though it
was a real monster – we have a six week term in late spring where we
must do twelve weeks of work. I was doing very well until Walter
Rogers and Mercy Lakefront unlawfully imprisoned me for EIGHT DAYS in
REED MENTAL HEALTH CENTER for the CRIME of WANTING TO HAVE A
MALFUNCTIONING INTERCOMM THAT HAD CAUSED MANY PROBLEMS FIXED.

I LOST EIGHT DAYS AND SPENT A NUMBER OF NIGHTS WITH LITTLE SLEEP IN
THE WEEK REMAINING I HAD TO MAKE UP THE FIVE CLASSES (AT A COST OF
$175.00 PER CLASS), FIVE ASSIGMENTS AND A MID-TERM I HAD TO MAKE UP.
I DID NOT DO HONORS WORK AND THIS WAS THE RESULT:

AS AN ACADEMIC GRADES ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO MY FUTURE JOB PROSPECTS
AND THE LOSS WILL EFFECT MY FUTURE JOB PROSPECTS.

YOU DON'T CARE SO YOU MUST BE SUED. IT WILL TAKE A WHILE BUT EXPECT A
LOT OF DIRE CONSEQUENCES OUT OF THIS ONE!!!
