Roadrunner Class Action Suit????

About 1/3 of my Internet time is spent in the Usenet news groups.
When I was searching for an ISP, I made it clear to Roadrunner that
Usenet news group access was very important to me. I was assured that
Usenet news group access would be included with my Roadrunner
subscription. I would think that a multitude of others were told the
same. Now that Roadrunner has removed access to Usenet news groups,
and I will have to change my ISP (I am not willing to pay a decent 3rd
party news service $12.99 monthly, as well as Roadrunner's monthly
high subscription rate). My question is: My selecting Roadrunner for
an ISP was predicated on their word that I would have Usenet news
group access. I was charged what I consider a high service fee ($60)
for connection when I started my Roadrunner subscription. Since
Roadrunner has now removed the access to the Usenet news groups, which
I was told would be included with my subscription, is there a chance
that I, and many others can have a class action law suit against
Roadrunner to refund that $60 service fee for connection, since they
renegged on their word?
