Set-off 
XYZ may, without notice to the Gurantor, apply any credit balance which is at
any time held by any office or branch of XYZ for the account of the Guarantor
under this Gurantee. 

Potr±canie wzajemnych roszczeñ. 
XYZ, mo¿e bez powiadamiania Gwaranta, w ka¿dym momencie i w dowolnej kwocie
wykorzystaæ bilans kredytowy, bêd±cy do dyspozycji w jednego z biur lub fili XYZ
na rachunku Gwaranta w ramach tej Gwarancji.
