Ja nie czujê - zw³aszcza tego "but", mo¿e kto¶ pomo¿e:

[kontekst]: The Guarantor acknowledges  and agrees that none of its liabilities
under this Guarantee shall be reduced, discharged or otherwise adversely
affected by: 

any act or omission which would not have discharged or affected the liability of
the Quarantor had it been a principal debtor instead of quarantor or indemnitor
or by anything done or omitted by any person which but for this provision might
operate to oxonerate or discharge the Guarantor or otherwise reduce or
extinguish its liability under this Gurantee. 

dowoln± czynno¶æ lub pominiêcie, które nie zwolni³oby Gwaranta i nie mia³oby
wp³ywu na jego zobowi±zania gdyby by³ g³ównym d³u¿nikiem zamiast gwaranta lub
osob± zobowi±zan± do odszkodowania lub przez wykonanie  lub pominiêcie wykonania
czegokolwiek przez dowoln± osobê, co za wyj±tkiem tego postanowienia, mog³oby
prowadziæ do uwolnienia lub zwolnienia Gwaranta lub w inny sposób do
zmniejszenia czy zlikwidowania jego zobowi±zania w ramach tej Gwarancji.
