For our Client, international financial institution, we are currently looking 
for:Senior Support Analyst
Work Place: Zurich

We offer: 

Key tasks in investigation and resolution of incoming technical issues from 
1st level support, ownership of open incidents and resolution or workaround 
Additionally be involved in requirements definition for Support for new 
projects, and in-depth application knowledge gathering and sharing with 
colleagues 
Close working relationship and communication regarding issues between both 
business and IT, including working with colleagues from 1st level support, 
2nd level operations 3rd level support and corresponding team from 
infrastructure 
Training of new staff for operations team

You offer: 

Previous experience of providing support within a high pressure financial 
environment 
Good experience of Front / Mid / Back Office applications 
Good knowledge of Unix/Linux or Windows system administration, Oracle or 
Sybase databases and SQL 
Good knowledge structured products & asset classes business procedures, 
processes and applications as an asset 
Experience in ITIL Service Desk / Incident Management 
High self-motivation, prioritisation, organizational and problem solving 
skills 
Capability of working independently with limited supervision 
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and German with trading, 
support staff and management
